Anthony 'Tony' Hymas is an English keyboard player, pianist, composer and is well known for being a founding member of Ph.D. He is a very versatile musician and contributes in different styles of music.
Tony Hymas started as a chorister at the Exeter Cathedral and studied piano at the Royal Academy of Music.
He played with Jack Bruce in the Jack Bruce band. He played also with Jeff Beck and Stanley Clarke during their tour in Japan 1987. This led to a long association with Jeff Beck.[1][2]
His latest work is a compact disc with piano music of Claude Debussy and Erik Satie : Correspondances Erik Satie- Claude Debussy.
